Payment can be made at

www.uthomesearch.com and by
mail to 2309 Rio Grande Austin, TX 78705. Please note that
an administrative fee of $19.95 will be charged for rent and deposit payments in incremens of $500. For example,
a payment of $1,300 will be assessed a fee of $59.85 ($19.95x3). This fee
may be waived if payment is made by check or money order on
or before teh due date.
Please note you
must add these amounts to the payment total and a
description of your payment (Address, month, etc.) must be
included to avoid delay of processing. Failing to
include either or both of these items may result in late
fees, fines, etc.. Should you have any questions, please
contact our office at (512)472-0048 during business hours,
Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm CST.
