Application Processing Checklist
The
following is a checklist of required documents and information for the
processing of pre-lease and immediate move-in applications. All
applications are to be processed and completed within seven days of
submitting the Agreement for Application Deposit and Hold on
Property + Full Deposit (equaling one month’s rent).
Applicants will be expected to gather the remaining information required
during this seven day processing period.

(All information must be legible.)

Individual Applicant Fee = $50; Applicant with Guarantor = $80.

Is the application complete, signed and dated?
o
Did the applicant provide complete home and work
telephone
numbers?
o
Did the applicant provide complete home and work
addresses?
o
Did the applicant provide complete employment contact
information, such as name of supervisor and telephone number?
o
Did the applicant provide a complete social security number?
o
Did the applicant provide a complete date of birth?
o
Does the applicant have rental history and can it be verified?
o
Is the applicant employed? If yes, has proof of income been
provided?
o
If not employed, has the applicant secured a qualified
guarantor?
o
Have all guarantor applications been gathered?
o
Is each guarantor application complete, signed and dated?
o
Did the guarantor provide complete contact information for home and
work?
o
Did the guarantor state their position, length of employment, and
monthly income
amount?
o
Did the guarantor provide a complete social security number?
o
Did the guarantor provide a complete date of birth?
NOTE:
Guarantors will guaranty payment of rent if the
resident is not able to pay for any particular reason. Proof of
income must be submitted and kept on file. If this is not available, the
application should include all contact information for the human
rescores department of the employer.
If self-employed, a tax return for the prior year will be
required. For further assistance with securing a qualified
