Maintenance

Marketing

  • Multiple agents available 7 days per week for showings, questions, and application processing.

  • Advertising through various print media, internet services, onsite signs/banners, and customer referral.


Accounting

  • Rent and deposit collection.

  • Liability for deposit prior, during and after lease commencement. Includes reconciliation of security deposit post move out.

  • In house accountant to process A/R, A/P, and monthly property operating statements; provided by the 25th of each month.

  • Annual account statements.

  • Ability to pay vendors, utilities, mortgage, insurance, HOA dues and other invoices as received on behalf of property owner.
